We make ours in ramekins, but you can use slightly bigger dishes.
Set the over to 375F.
Grease the ramekins.
This is where its fun, you can put in almost anything but a few examples are adding cooked spinach or chard, tomato sauce, ham/deli meat, etc.
Then add salt and pepper to your liking (or any other seasoning for that matter, Cajun?!).
Creak an egg in overtop into each ramekin 9or a couple eggs if you are using a larger dish).
Spoon a tablespoon of cream (or dairy free substitute – oat milk is great because its thicker).
Add grated cheese on top.
Set the ramekins on a baking sheet and bake them in the oven for 15-25 minutes, until the whites of the eggs are firm.
