The beef tongue is rich source of protein with a high amount of fat. Although sounding challenging to cook, it is actually quite easy; boiling it and then peeling off the outskin reveals the goodness which is very versatile.
All of our beef is grass-fed, grass-finished and pasture-raised. We never use hormones, steroids, or GMOs.
