The inside round steak comes off the hip/butt and top of the back legs of the beef. It is generally less tender than other beef steaks. It should be well marinated and cooked more slowly for best results.
All of our beef is grass-fed, grass-finished and pasture-raised. We never use hormones, steroids, or GMOs.
