The heart is a very nutrient dense cut and has robust flavour. It is a cut that will need to cooked low and slow. It is very versitile as you can grill and fry it, grind it to make burgers or add it into a stew.

All of our beef is grass-fed, grass-finished and pasture-raised. We never use hormones, steroids, or GMOs.
