The cross rib roast comes off the front rib of the beef. It is more tender than the chuck roasts, and has a robust flavor. It is best cooked low and slow cool to prevent drying out. A bit of marinade will help the meat to bring out its flavour.
All of our beef is grass-fed, grass-finished and pasture-raised. We never use hormones, steroids, or GMOs.
