Slow cook a pork roast (picnic or butt roast works well), long is slow works well, make sure that there is water in there to keep the moisture and prevent drying it out.
Once it is cooked thoroughly you will want to shred the meat and remove any fat.
Next step is the BBQ sauce.
Pulled pork BBQ Sauce Recipe:
1 cup of apple cider vinegar
1 cup of ketchup
3 tbsp. Packed brown sugar
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tbsp molasses
1 tsp salt
½ tsp red crushed pepper
Combine all ingredients together in a bowl – taste and add additional amounts of ingredients to suite your taste.
Mix into the pork that has been cooked and pulled apart. Let sit for a few – can even put back into slow cooker for 1-15 minutes to soak into meat. Then serve!
