2 celery sticks
1 cup of green beans
½ cup of peas
1 cup of diced cooked chicken/turkey (optional)
4 cups of water
1 cup of milk¼ cup of flour
Salt/Pepper/Celery salt to taste
Put the first four ingredients and water into a large pot and bring to boil.
Simmer for 20 minutes and then add peas, chicken, and seasonings; cook for 5 minutes more.
Mix flour and milk in a separate bowl until blended, then stir into soup.
Stir soup (while simmering) until it starts to thicken. Its ready to serve!
