We had so much fun last year that we are excited to announce that as part of Open Farm Days we will once again be hosting Wild Heart Collective’s Grand Taste Tour.
On Saturday August 17, 2019 join us for a day of interactive, educational experiences that will celebrate and promote local food grown and raised in Alberta. Participants will head west out to Wildwood AB to visit us at Stonepost Farms and take an in depth tour of our regenerative farm. Patrons will get a full tour and learn about our holistic, sustainable and regenerative farming practices. You will also get to learn about Camola Foods and see how they produce their edible insects! The day ends with a beautiful farm to fork dinner out in the middle of the farm under the big prairie sky prepared by Chef Paul Shufelt of Workshop Eatery and newly opened 124 Street business, Woodshed Burgers utilizing ingredients from the farm. The tour will be 1 hour and take place before dinner.
Please note: due to the nature of this event, the dinner is served family style. We will be unable to safely accommodate any food allergies or diet restrictions.
